Gataleo is led by Elad Saminski and Shahar Dekalo, bringing years of combined experience in the planning, management, and execution of building envelope projects.

We act as the developer’s management arm, overseeing the planning and delivery of the building façade—from early design stages and engineering alternatives, through coordination and statutory processes, and into full execution on site.

Our work is grounded in a focused, early-stage Value Engineering process, aimed at developing precise, efficient, and cost-effective façade solutions. This process continues throughout the project lifecycle, with ongoing control of design, budget, schedule, and construction quality.
