We act as a dedicated façade management partner — either as part of the project management team or directly on behalf of the developer — delivering measurable value throughout the entire development and construction lifecycle.
Our involvement begins at the earliest stages with a strategic Value Engineering process, resulting in a cost-ranked façade alternatives report that enables informed, data-driven decisions.
We then lead the façade tender process and contractor selection, and continue through the execution phase with comprehensive day-to-day management of all façade works, covering all key management pillars: budget, schedule, scope, and quality — through to the successful delivery of a high-performing building envelope.
